Mr. Fall has over 30 years of engineering and construction experience managing major transportation projects. He is an accomplished professional with proven ability to direct design and construction projects for government infrastructure; including rail, transit, bridges, tunnels, waste-to energy facilities and environmental projects. Bill has been a recognized contributor in guiding a variety of project functions from initial inception to final design and is well versed in design-build and P3 project delivery as well as program management. Some notable projects include $2.8B design-build JFK Light Rail Transit, $2.1B No. 7 Line Extension, $2.1B Goethals Bridge Replacement Project and $8B East Side Access Project. Bill’s successful completion of projects, along with his interpersonal, organizational, and technical and management skills have resulted in a highly respected reputation throughout the industry and local transit agencies.
