Under an On-Call contract with Newport’s Water Pollution and Control Division, GM2 is providing conceptual designs of stormwater improvements for the drainage outfall between Almy Pond and Bailey Beach. A section of this outfall proceeds under Ocean Avenue via culvert. In addition to the preparation of design alternatives, GM2 is also coordinating with the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council (RICRMC) for this project.
