With over 35 years of experience, Khaled has been responsible for leading and supervising teams specialized in providing construction engineering and inspection services. He has experience serving as Connecticut Department of Transportation's agent and Metro-North Railroad’s (MNRR) agent in administering the project's daily activities, as related to CTDOT, Contractor, Designer, Town, and Metro North Railroad entities.
