Construction, Engineering & Inspection (CE&I) services ensure the quality and performance of completed projects and the proper management of project funds.  Representing the client, certified personnel inspect construction activities, monitor quantities, review schedules of value, document work performed, monitor and evaluate site conditions, review payment requisitions, monitor construction schedules and ensure safety of the general public and project team.  Construction Inspectors hold a combination of NICET, NETTCP, OSHA, ACI and ATSSA certifications, various industry specific certifications such as Certified Professional in Erosion and Soil Control (CPESC) and Certified Construction Management (CCM); as well as Professional Engineering Licensing.
