Marketing Lead

GM2 is seeking a marketing lead to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position either in our Tampa or Wellington, FL office location. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the project pursuit process and creating proposals/statements of qualifications within the A/E/C industry, specifically within Florida and with FDOT. You will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, collaborating closely with and supporting our technical staff in the pursuit of new projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive self-starter to play a key role in shaping and growing our Florida region.     Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying and vetting potential opportunities through collaboration with market and service leaders. Ensure all opportunities are recorded and updated in the company CRM. Direct the go/no-go process for potential opportunities. Maintain up-to-date firm qualifications for state, municipal, and county projects. Draft proposals and reports to support business efforts. Maintain the firm's marketing database and ensure it is current and accurate. Collaborate with other marketing leads to ensure brand and message consistency across initiatives. Support business development leads with marketing materials and strategies. Travel within the state of Florida as needed to support business development efforts. Support the corporation's initiatives under the direction of the Marketing Director.  Qualifications: Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication in English Working knowledge of utilizing social media and industry platforms for corporate communications Organizations and Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to manage the proposal process from beginning to submission. Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the firm's general services. Experience in the A/E/C industry. Adaptability and Motivation: Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MA Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Experience in InDesign and  Photoshop (a plus) Familiarity with Deltek (a plus) Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree. 3-5 years of experience in the A/E/C industry in marketing. Additional Requirements: Ability to travel as needed in Florida and have own vehicle. Upon interview, candidate will submit samples of previously completed work for review.
