Key Responsibilities: Lead planning projects and ensure alignment with client requirements and objectives Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement strategic planning solutions Conduct research to gather relevant data and insights for planning initiatives Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and planning documents for internal and external stakeholders Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, government agencies and internal executives to ensure smooth project execution Provide strategic planning guidance to clients, offering recommendations based on data analysis and best practices. Qualifications: Experience: Urban Planning, Land Use Planning, and Environmental Planning skills (3 years) Technical Knowledge: Experience in GIS mapping, data analysis, and project management Design & Compliance: Strong knowledge of zoning regulations and land development codes Communication Skills: Excellent communication and people skills Leadership: Ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or related field Licensure: AICP Certification Software Skills: GIS
