Highway Engineer/Project Manager

GM2 is offering an exciting growth opportunity for a motivated individual. We are seeking a full-time Highway/Civil Project Engineer(s)/Project Manager(s) to join our team, in Wellington, FL. Requirements BS in Civil Engineering with min 10-15 years of relevant experience Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and provides guidance and leadership to junior team or project members, with strict adherence to QA/QC procedures. PE License, preferably in Florida Previous experience with FDOT design and in managing projects Experience with Bentley Microstation / OpenRoads/SUDA, AutoCAD, Blubeam, and Microsoft Office Suite. Roadway design with drainage and modeling experience is desirable. Experience in project management and preparing technical writeup for design proposals Experience with design-build projects Strong verbal and written skills are required


Structural/Bridge Engineer

Seeking an individual who can lead the design of our Wellington Office bridge projects while also providing day-to-day leadership and technical expertise to the junior bridge staff. An expertise in the design, analysis, and constructability of bridges ranging in complexity from culverts to highway interchange structures utilizing steel, reinforced and prestressed concrete is required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering (Master’s degree preferred) Florida PE license or the ability to obtainsuch within 6-months Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience encompassing the design of transportation related facilities with an emphasis in civil and/or bridge design. Familiarity with AASHTO, FHWA, and FDOT policies and procedures preferred. Candidates should have a working knowledge of Microstation and ORD; AutoCAD familiarity desirable.  Strong written and oral communication skills
