As we expand our global presence, we are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to support our U.S. projects from India.. As part of the firm's engineering team you will work on an array of projects for a diverse client base. 

Civil Engineer:  We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer based in India to collaborate with our U.S.-based teams. This role involves designing civil engineering projects, including site development, drainage, grading, and utility infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, and will excel in a remote environment working collaboratively with US based and India based teams. The candidate must be interested in working as a member of a team of engineering professionals in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include:

• Designing and reviewing civil engineering plans, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility layouts.

• Preparing construction drawings, specifications, and reports in compliance with U.S. engineering standards along with responding effectively to feedback from quality reviews from the US Project Leader

• Working in coordination with US based project teams to deliver projects in accordance with U.S. local, state, and federal regulations

• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in India.

• Communicating effectively via email, virtual meetings, and project management platforms to ensure seamless collaboration

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors or masters degree in civil engineering from an AICTE recognized institution.

• 4+ years of experience in civil engineering (preferably on U.S. projects).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit and stormwater modeling software is a plus.

• Knowledge of U.S. civil engineering codes and standards is a plus

• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with U.S.-based teams.

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Experience working on US projects is a plus.
