Position Overview:

GM2 Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced and versatile Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing technology team. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of both in-office collaboration at our Tampa, FL location, and remote work-from-home capability.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across modern web frameworks, backend services, and data management, with a proven record of delivering robust, user-focused applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that drive operational efficiency, client engagement, and innovative solutions across diverse business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and .NET/Node.js backends
• Implement secure and scalable APIs, integrations with third-party services, and database-driven applications (SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Build rich, data-driven UI components and dashboards with responsive, user-friendly designs
• Develop real-time systems with WebSockets/SignalR for telemetry, live updates, and notifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and deliver features on schedule
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) to ensure reliable, zero-downtime deployments
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Document technical designs, workflows, and implementation details

Qualifications:

• Educational/Training - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Technology Development, or related field required. Advanced coursework or certifications in web development frameworks and cloud infrastructure(preferred).
• Experience – Proven background building responsive, secure, and scalable applications with modern frontend frameworks and .NET backend services.

• Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, C#, SQL, Python, Java
• Frontend: React, Angular, Vue, Redux/Context, React Router, Mapbox GL JS, DevExtreme UI controls
• Backend: .NET 6+/ASP.NET Core, Node.js, SignalR/WebSockets, LINQ/Entity Framework Core
• Databases: SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, NoSQL
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Azure App Service, Key Vault, Application Insights, IIS, Docker (dev), CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions
• Quality & Monitoring: Unit/Integration testing, logging, profiling, performance tuning, telemetry, rate-limiting

• Leadership – Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a focus on clean abstractions and maintainable code. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in hybrid work settings. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing project needs.
