Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering with min 10-15 years of relevant experience

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and provides guidance and leadership to junior team or project members, with strict adherence to QA/QC procedures.

• PE License, preferably in Florida

• Previous experience with FDOT design and in managing projects

• Experience with Bentley Microstation / OpenRoads/SUDA, AutoCAD, Blubeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Roadway design with drainage and modeling experience is desirable.

• Experience in project management and preparing technical writeup for design proposals

• Experience with design-build projects

• Strong verbal and written skills are required
