Jagdeesh “Jag” Gopal, PE, serves as GM2’s Director of Bridge Engineering and as a Executive Vice President of the firm.  He has been instrumental in GM2's successful completion of many structural infrastructure ‘firsts’ on local, regional, and national levels; including the use of 100% prefabricated elements and of 2-span GRS-IBS structures and sheet pile abutments.  He also pioneered the use of various innovative approaches, materials and designs on numerous award-winning projects throughout New England.  As Director of Bridge Engineering, Jag is responsible for overseeing and developing GM2’s bridge structures group.  In that role, he helps to lead the firm’s continuous technical advancement and its pursuit of excellence in design.
