GM2 is the structural engineer of record on the Colt Gateway restoration project, a $110 million dollar conversion of the historic Samuel Colt Armory in Hartford, CT. Nearly 1 million square feet of restoration will have occurred by the end of the project. GM2 is well versed in peer review services, having provided such services for the State of Connecticut Office of Policy Management, the State of Connecticut Department of Public Works, the University of Connecticut and several notable private developments in Hartford, CT.
