GM2 provides structural engineering design, peer review, and special inspection services for the rehabilitation, renovation and construction of buildings.  GM2 is the structural engineer of record on the Colt Gateway restoration project, a $110 million dollar conversion of the historic Samuel Colt Armory in Hartford, CT.  Nearly 1 million square feet of restoration will have occurred by the end of the project.  GM2 is well versed in peer review services, having provided such services for the State of Connecticut Office of Policy Management, the State of Connecticut Department of Public Works, the University of Connecticut and several notable private developments in Hartford, CT.  Partnering with architects and developers, GM2 has provided engineering solutions for new school construction, the redevelopment of historic structures, and the rehabilitation of existing privately and publicly owned facilities.
