GM2 provides ongoing environmental compliance support to the Airport through contracts with the City of Concord and with the Airport’s on-call engineering firm. Ongoing tasks include conducting quarterly visual assessments of stormwater outfalls in accordance with the Airport’s NPDES Multi-Sector General Permit, recommending corrective actions to facilitate permit compliance, and preparing the MSGP Annual Report for submittal to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

GM2 also conducted a pre-construction snake survey for a taxiway reconstruction project to identify the potential presence of threatened and endangered snake species within the project’s impact area.
