GM2 provided traffic ad site/civil design services for the parking, bus and vehicle drop off areas with handicap access and overall site improvements to convert the existing office to the temporary home of the CREC Medical Professional and Teacher Preparation Magnet School.

The project required a certificate from the State Traffic Commission. GM2 undertook a traffic study, prepared a traffic report and application on behalf of CREC and secured the require permit.

The site/civil improvements included new handicap ramps, new sidewalks and reconstruction of the parking area to accommodate bus operations, drainage improvements and signing. GM2 successfully completed project development, design plan preparation, local permit approvals and final bid packages within the aggressive six-week schedule to maintain the fall opening of the school.
