The neighborhood is listed on the National and State Register of Historic places and comprises historically significant dwellings that feature 19th and early 20th century Queen Anne, Arts & Crafts Victorian, and Tudor architecture styles. Reaching beyond the boundaries of the street, this development strengthens access between the Historic Hillside District and the Central Business District, residents of Hillside benefit from increased walkable access to downtown services and amenities, while the Central Business District benefits from an increase in traffic, clients, and customers from its nearby neighborhood.
