GM2 is providing comprehensive consulting engineering services under consecutive, multi-year contracts with MassDOT for peer review, engineering design, construction phase engineering, special studies and reports, and emergency assignments. Along with design, services under these contracts includes complete streets, traffic design, utility coordination, survey, public outreach assistance, right-of-way and historical/cultural resources.
