GM2 designed the full MEP and FP for this project. The project entailed a newly completed renovation and addition to ca. 1971 two-story steel framed and masonry public library in Meriden, CT which was originally designed by Gibbons, Heidmann & Salvador.
The project budget was $7.8M, 47,000SF with a 6,000SF addition.
