GM2 was contracted by MHT’s airport consultant to provide an existing conditions plan encompassing 3.5 acres at the access drive to the terminal building and parking areas including a section of “Lot A”. The field work consisted of establishing control, setting up traverse, location of existing site features, buildings, pavement, striping, fences, signage and utilities. A comprehensive existing conditions base plan was prepared for the consultant’s use in design.
