GM2 provided comprehensive permit services for the development of a 70,000SF research and development building. With the building being located 50-feet from the Charles River bank, the scope of work entailed filing a complete Notice of Intent addressing river front implications, compensatory storage issues and difficult storm water management considerations.
GM2 represented the owner at the Planning Board and Board of Appeals hearings. Additionally, the firm worked with the MDC to enhance the Charles River pedestrian path and other access issues between the proposed site and the riverfront. Other services included civil design, land survey and traffic analyses.
